~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Project Architect to perform layout and detailing on healthcare
related projects (hospitals, cancer centers, medical centers,
etc.). Should have production/design experience in preparation
and layout of architectural contract do***ents and specifications
relating to health care facilities. Independently coordinates
the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design
development and contract do***ent phases of a project.
Establishes client and internal meetings and participates in
reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
Conducts design development and contract do***ent work sessions
at project site in conjunction with Project Manager and other
disciplines. Is responsible to coordinate workload through
design development and construction do***ent phases to complete
do***ents on schedule. Reviews architectural do***ents for areas
of conflict with all disciplines. Writes/edits architectural
specifications, and works directly with owner and owners legal
staff to establish and do***ent the legal parameters of the
construction contract. Coordinates and assists, with affected
disciplines, with any addendum, RFIs, CPRs and change orders and
is responsible to incorporate agreed upon changes into the
project do***ents. Provides, on an as needed basis, construction
contract administration.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.

Registered Architect.

10+ years of healthcare experience required.

Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.

Flexibility in assignments and leading teams.

CAD experience (Microstation or AutoCad).

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule,
etc.).
