DESCRIPTION:
Job Description:
The right candidate for an Account Executive position will work with and
develop new business within the local broker community. This individual should
possess a thorough knowledge of the wholesale mortgage industry to include
understanding underwriting matrixes, underwriting guidelines, appraisal
reviews, and pricing options. Each candidate must have at least two years of
non-conforming mortgage experience and have a viable book of business to market
form. The ideal candidate would be outgoing, able to think quickly and be
highly motivated. Also, the position is responsible for the generation of
quality loans through solicitation of a self-generated mortgage broker
network.

Skills:
Manadatory 1 1/2 - 2+ years experience in outside sales and marketing of
wholesale mortgage lending products to the Mortgage Broker community
Thorough knowledge of mortgage wholesale lending programs, policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements

Proven successful track record of production in a Wholesale Lending capacity
selling conforming/Prime lending programs
