Description: Supplier Development Engineer
Responsible for supplier performance in process controls, external quality and tooling performance. Responsible for identifying key weakness relating to quality performance and tool performance. Leader in driving set functional change in weakness areas identified. Responsible for managing and updating weekly suppler metrics. Technical liaison between suppliers and internal operations and engineering.

5-7 years of manufacturing experience, connector background preferred. Minimum BS in Engineering. Structured problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills essential.
Green belt or Black belt certified.
Previous supplier development experience a plus.
