Candidate must have ability to interface with business users to understand requirements, do***ent requirements, and formulate technical specifications and approaches. Familiarity with NIP's MedInfoSys or similar application mandatory. Reviews, ****yzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the field or related business area required. This person is responsible for designing the logic but may also be responsible for writing the lines of codes, implementing and testing of a software program. Can also transition support of their development to existing permanent resources upon completion of project. Some travel may be required. Familiarity with NIP's MedInfoSys or similar application mandatory. Excellent communication skills required.
