Job Description <br> Job Title: <br> Mgr-HR Staffing Systems
<br> Location: <br> Bedminster NJ 180 Washington V <br> Job
Requisition: <br> 123334 <br> <br> Duties and
Qualifications: <br> Responsible for the overall management and
performance of VZW's enterprise-wide staffing system,
system-related processes and requirements, new enhancements, user
support and training, and HR reporting strategy. Also
responsible for managing the HR organization's compliance with
the Sarbanes/ Oxley Act. <br><br>Specific Duties include:
<br>-Manage ongoing VZWJobLink defect resolution, partnering with
IT/Production Support, to ensure system issues are given the
necessary priority based on severity. Ensure user-impacting
defects are effectively communicated. <br>-Identify, define,
prioritize and implement new VZWJobLink enhancements and
effectively communicate to HR users. <br>-Participate in system
and process-related upgrades impacting VZWJobLink, including
requirements definition, system testing, and migration.
<br>-Update online training programs to reflect system
modifications and business process changes. <br>-Facilitate
ongoing presentations to HR teams related to system updates,
user-related gaps, system activity statistics, etc. <br>-Develop
and implement staffing-system related processes for HR teams
responsible for Call Center and Retail Sales staffing, which may
include function-specific user guides and training. <br>-Manage
system data clean-up initiatives, to allow for accurate job
requisition-related reporting. <br>-Lead the HR Reporting
Strategy initiative, which includes the implementation of a data
warehouse and reporting tool, defining required reporting,
testing, migration, end user training, user support, etc.
<br>-Manage VZWJobLink user support. ****yze user support logs
to identify opportunities to reduce user call volume, which may
include additional/follow-up training for targeted HR teams, etc.
<br>-Investigate other process or system integration
opportunities for VZWJobLink, including Online Screening, Resume
Processing, iTax, PeopleScout, etc. <br>-Manage Sarbanes/Oxley
compliance for HR, including: refinement of Hiring and
Termination controls, self-assessment of controls per quarterly
testing requirements, follow-up remediation initiatives, support
of quarterly external audit testing initiatives, support of HR
leadership for CTS quarterly certification process, etc.
<br>-Support new Call Center initiatives, including alternative
staffing process, requisition management, specialized system
support, etc. <br>-Establish critical partnerships with internal
departments, external vendors, and system users to generate a
sense of priority and gain support essential for the success of
all projects and initiatives. <br><br>Qualifications:
<br>-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience <br>-Minimum 5
years diversified HR experience, including staffing and
project/program management <br>-Ability to work with individuals
at all levels of the organization <br>-Excellent ****ytical and
independent problem solving ability <br>-Strong interpersonal and


facilitation skills <br>-Understanding of HR policies, processes
and procedures <br>-Working knowledge of VZWJobLink and
PeopleSoft HRMS <br>-Ability to tie systems, processes and
programs to strategic initiatives <br>-Proven project management
skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines <br>-Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel,
and Powerpoint <br>-Supervisory experience strongly preferred
