PLUMBING /HVAC SERVICE MANAGERS <BR><br> <BR><br>F&G Mechanical,
a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, specializing in Plumbing and HVAC is
seeking a seasoned &nbsp;Plumbing Service Manager and a HVAC
Service Manager. &nbsp;We are offering top salaries for
&nbsp;individuals with a minimum of 10-years experience in the
Plumbing and &nbsp;the HVAC industry. &nbsp; <BR><br>
&nbsp;Qualifications Required: <BR><br>Blue print reading,
estimating small construction projects and general leadership
skills required. &nbsp;Manager +/- (6) &nbsp; service technicians
including daily scheduling and maintaining service techs hours
for payroll. &nbsp; Excellent communication and customer
relations skills required. &nbsp; Must have a valid Drivers
License for the State of New Jersey. <BR><br> <BR><br>Job
Requirements: <BR><br>¢Scheduling all work with customers and
contractors <BR><br>¢Expediting materials for projects and
service work <BR><br>¢Job tracking and cost ****ysis
<BR><br>¢Ability to develop training courses and implementing
further educational courses through outside sources
<BR><br>¢Motivate employees to acquire a high productivity level
<BR><br>¢Blueprint reading and take-offs <BR><br>¢Troubleshooting
<BR><br>¢Basic computer skills <BR><br>¢Estimating small
