[description] Performs collection activities in accordance with
Corporate policies and objectives. Initiates collection phone
calls on past due accounts. Handle inbound/outbound calls from
customers and provide problem resolution. Assures that effective
communications are maintained within the collection department.
Thoroughly do***ent all contact on each account. Communicates to
customers in a professional manner to cure delinquency.
Preliminary soft Skip Tracing. Make recommendations for extension
and amendment decisions [requirements] High School Diploma or
equivalent required. Post-secondary education preferred. Two
years collections experience required. General knowledge of
customer service and business practices required. Working
knowledge of collection process required. Ability to interact
and communicate effectively by phone with a variety of individual
customers. Strong ability to work as a team and as an individual


various software programs. Skip tracing knowledge a plus.
Proficient with AutoDialer and knowledge of AS400 call queue
management system preferred. General knowledge of customer
service and business practices required.
