This position will be to serve in a program management design
oversight capacity & on this multi bridge replacement program in
the state of Oregon. The program is estimated to last 8-10 years
and over 350 bridges will be upgraded.

The primary responsibilities the Hydraulics & Hydrology Engineer
will be to serve as the primary technical interface with the
Design and Construction Coordinators and Managers. More specific
duties include design oversight and review of all storm water
runoff related design elements including watershed hydrology,
bridge, culvert and river hydraulic studies, bridge scour
****yses, urban and roadway drainage design, drainage reports
including pre and post runoff calculations, design of storm water
runoff quantity and quality mitigation measures, and design and
plan preparation of storm water management facilities.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
BSCE.

8+ years experience in hydraulic design and local agency
knowledge of hydrology requirements.

Highly proficient with state of the art hydrologic simulations
for stormwater system design as well as small and large
watersheds, including water surface profiles and flood
hydrographs.

Knowledge of various H&H models (HEC-1, HEC-2, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS,
HEC-18, HEC-21 and TR-55.)

P.E. required.

Familiar with FEMA & Corps of Engineer Requirements
