Scope: Site coordination activities in support of: Merlin Legend,
Avaya Magix, Merlin mail Systems, Aspect, Geotel., Avaya
Partner. Work w/customers, Local exchange companies, phone
vendors. ****yze information to determine phone lines &
phone system needed for a location; determine equipment
needed, predominantly Avaya product, small to medium
systems. Work with phone vendor dispatched to site for
break/fix situations; plan and complete moves, adds and
changes.
