PLEASE NOTE: This position involves up to 80% travel. There are FOUR positions, one for each location. Please only apply if you are willing to travel via plane anywhere within the United States at least 4 out of 5 workdays per week. All candidates must also live near a major U.S. Airport.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will develop implementation schedules, monitors activities against schedules, assists and/or develops related policies and procedures for routine upgrades to the implemented system. He/She acts in an advisory capacity during the initial setup, configuration and implementation of the system. He/She acts in an advisory capacity for determining required user education. He/She may function as an instructor in many cases, and as a coordinator in other cases.

· The candidate must have a BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
· An advanced degree in an IT related field is a plus.
· A requirement of at least one year of hands on experience with Siebel doing configuration training or certification or other related ERP package.
· Configuration training in other systems is a plus.
· Programming knowledge, business analysis, and financial analysis are also helpful skills for the incumbent to possess.
· Siebel certification, Siebel configuration skills, and understanding and use of assignment manager and workflow rules are essential.
· Ability to configure Siebel software is an asset or similar ERP package experience.

1. Participates in the evaluation and selection of effective ERP & Client Company's system upgrades for service offices.
2. Prepares the plans and controls the training schedules for implementing upgrades for assigned offices in conjunction with the organization.
3. Conducts feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and management reviews for various issues surrounding system enhancement and expansion.
4. Continually advises and/or trains users on Client Company's System.
5. Participates in trouble-shooting and resolving problems for services users.
6. Seeks changes to the application that assures continued effective use of Client Company's system under changing business conditions for service.
7. Position requires fluctuating travel schedule, depending on training, implementation, and/or upgrade schedules. Travel will not exceed 80%.

Regions of travel are as follows:
Northeast: NY, NJ, Philadelphia
Mid Atlantic: Baltimore
Ohio Valley: Indianapolis
West: Phoenix
