A Telecom Engineer needed. The resource will perform test cases,
write test cases, log results and resolve issues relating to the
ODCIC Call Center project (Seabiscuit). Local candidates highly
preferred.

Competencies Required:<br> ACD/Switch experience, test case
writing skills, trouble shooting skills, analytical skills,
Genesys, Etalk, IEX and telephony skills a big plus.<br>
