staff, Kleinfelder is one of the nation’s largest
employee-owned firms providing engineering, technical and
management solutions. <br><br>Responsibilities include: process
draft billings into final invoices for Regional offices; project
set-up changes/correction; extract billing cycles weekly/monthly
for distribution to offices; administer appropriate actions in
Oracle based on returned marked-up draft invoices from Project

Minimum of one-year engineering/service type industry billing
experience and/or Oracle experience preferred. Must be a
flexible self-starter, possess strong interpersonal skills,
detail and multi-task oriented, good problem solving skills, team
player, strong analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines and


skills, including Excel, Word, and Accounting, required. <br>
