Position Description: The Recruitment Sales Specialist handles all lead and prospect generation to introduce potential clients to the company’s services and products, including but not limited to job board memberships, job fair events, online advertising solutions, and other recruitment-oriented products. The Recruitment Sales Specialist’s primary responsibility is to assist clients to purchase our products & services to solve their recruitment needs, and generate consistent new business sales for the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a person who’s been looking for the opportunity to learn the world of Internet and job fair recruiting, and learn how to help customers succeed by using our tools to hire professionals for their company.


Requirements: We are looking for people who have the following skill sets:

-Want to increase their income through sales

Specific Responsibilities:
-generate leads & prospects through cold calls, networking, and other sales channels
-assess client needs, and provide specific products or solutions that address client needs
-generate new business, and assist with maintaining existing business relationships where needed
-Occasional attendance at job fairs, networking events and other public events.

Job Requirements:


-Ability to make a large volume of cold calls and handle lead follow-ups
-Proficiency in using standard PC desktop applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
-Strong proficiency in using web browsers, navigating the Internet, search engines, email, and general understanding of the web
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Good in-person presentation skills

Pay Structure:
-Excellent medical and dental benefits
-401K & Flex plan participation
-2 weeks paid vacation first year
-Base salary range based upon sales experience
-Commissions based upon percentage of sales
-Bonus plans and sales promotions
