Additional responsibilities will include supporting client implementations

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Visual Basic programming experience with knowledge of COM/DCOM, IIS, MTS and SQLServer. Experience in a vendor environment, is important, as is the desire to continue working with VB 6.0 for the forseeable future. Newer releases of this product are being built using Java and Java based tools on IBM's Websphere platform, so the logical career path for this individual will be in the JAVA/Websphere world as this is the platform that AFS has committed it's new development efforts to.
