Scope: The client requires one Programmer ****yst to provide the
services as outlined in this do***ent. The Worker will be
expected to provide the technical production support for a
software application.

A. General Tasks:
1) Review, modify, and test existing JAVA programs.
2) Code and test new programs using JAVA and SQL.
3) Maintain existing vehicle registration and title
application.
4) Assist in the design/development of changing the current
RTS/POS environment to updated technology methods as
assigned by management.
5) Develop test plans for all phases of testing.
6) Write specifications based on user requirements.
7) Do***ent programs.
8) Participate in integration tests.
9) Obtain User Requirements and User Acceptance for each
assigned task.
10) Provide on-call support during non-standard business
hours.
11) Serve as Programmer ****yst for the on-going Sticker
Printing development project.

B. Problem Resolution:
1) Diagnose and resolution of production problems.
2) Assist internal and external users with production
problem diagnosis and resolution.

C. Training:
1) Provide training and do***entation sufficient to enable
personnel to provide maintenance and on-going support to any

techniques.

Status Reporting includes reporting project status to the
Application Unit Manager(s) as requested. Other reasonable
