shatter proof

I've gotten some advice from a few of you in the past and am incorporating
it into my contract that I will use. I've also looked around on the web and
found it covered on the NG in the past.

I'm wanting to put together a sort of template to use when I put games out
on location.

Does anyone have a contract I could take a look at?
