This auction is for a 32 page recipe booklet called Table Treats & How To
Prepare Them from the late 1920s or early 1930s (not dated but an ad makes
reference to being in business for over 40 years sine 1887) & distributed by
the Sauer's Vanilla. The recipes are primarily dessert/treat related with
sections devoted to Soups, Luncheon/Dinner dishes, Breads, Cakes,
Frostings/Fillings, Cookies, Pies, Hot Desserts, Cold Desserts, Frozen
Desserts, Candies, & Beverages. The booklet is a solid/clean/tight copy in
very good minus (VG-) condition with a 3" cover tear along the spine
starting at the top corner, a 5/8" front cover right edge tear, a small
piece out of the back cover top left corner & adjacent interior page, & a
little light wear.
