Hi, everybody!

Just to let you know that I had a very bad experience in fixing my
car.

My car runs out of battery very ofen recently, so I took my car to the
walmart (super walmart) to get a new battery and to have a check to
find out what the problem could be since I was told they had the
device to do this for free.

The first time when I was at walmart for this, they told the only
problem was the battery since I need a new one. I further ocnfirmed
with them with other things like the device that is responsible for
charging the battery. They told me that they had checked everything
and everything was OK except the battery. After they installed a
battery for me, I drove my car home directly. Then after two days, I
tried to drive out for some shopping, but the car was totally dead.
Becasue the first when I tried to get my car to walmart after jumping
some electricity from another car, I was stuck in the middle of an
intersection, and the police department called a towing car to get me
there. So this time, I was really afraid of that could happen again. I
called the towing car again and paid the price for towing twice.

When I got to walmart, the mechanic first replaced a new battery for
me. At the beginning, they couldn't find anything wrong with my car.
After
a while, They found out the battery drained out very quickly after
they put the load on it (that is, to turn the AC on). Actually, this
is a necessary step to make sure the device to charge the battery is
OK. But they forgot to do it when they checked my car when it was
towed there the first time even if I confirmed with them whether or
not that device was OK several times.

Then I decided to buy a booster for the battery in case there is
something unexpected wrong with the battery again after I fixed that
device. Since their mistake made me paid twice for the towing, I asked
for a discount for that booster. They said that this has to be
discussed with a manager. Then, there comes a manager. The mechanic
(A) who made that mistake told the manager the whole process, and he
also said the problem was caused because he forgot to put the load on
when he was checking the charging system of my car. Then, after he
finished his talking, another mechanic (B) stood out and began to go
around the problem. The mechanic B even didn't give a chance to the
manager to say anything. And he even said that charging device in my
car was OK two days ago when they checked my for the first time, and
it was boken down afterwards. Then he said the mechanic A put the load
on my car while he checked it for the first time. But actually,
mechanic B was there before the manager appeared. However, he jumped
out to say all kinds of lies only after the manager appeared. Who
knows his purpose?! He didn't say all the lies before the manager
appeared and only acted in front of a manager! Then he kept talking
until the manage left. Then, he said if you wanted to discuss it wait
until tomorrow, because there was manage here right now. Does this
really funny!!

Anyway, if you need a car check next time, don't trust the walmart people. And
please remember they have people like mechanic B!!!
