I have an account on ebay. When I click 'sell' from the nav bar at the
top of any ebay page I'm sent through a login (even though I have
cookies completely enabled and have checked 'keep me logged in' EVERY
time I've logged in in the past) then I'm prompted for credit card
information. Then I submit the credit card information form and I get a
message saying I've successfully submitted my CC info. Then I click sell
and it sends me through exactly the same process over and over again. I
can use all the other account management features without any problem
and I stay logged in. But I can't sell. I've tried IE6 and Mozilla 1.0
(similar to netscape 6).

You should post this message in alt.marketing.online.ebay instead of here.
This is nothing but sellers posting their auction items up. Generally
nobody bothers to read all the ads here, so if you want people to respond to
your question go there to: alt.marketing.online.ebay
and you will find lots of people there willing to answer your question.
