NEED HELP WITH 720 PLEASE/THANKS!

Im having the same problem with my 720
I bought a new control panel with a known working joystick and i still
have the same problem.
The joystick is not working properly.
Must be in the board.
My board needs repaired. can you help?

Could it be a power related problem?

Does your board recognize the stick in test mode?
