To tell you the truth, to save about 10 dollars is not really worth dirtying
your hands... To answer your questions, you should go as per Honda specs
and by that oil. For the filter, Canadian Tire or Walmart has them in
stock.

Oil- whatever your manual recommends for this time of year- prolly 5w30- buy
it at the honda dealer

Filter- Honda Filter, purchase from the dealer

Tools- metric socket set, probably a 15mm-19mm not sure, you may need a
filter wrench to remove the old one. Filter is pretty easy to find, look on
the front of the motor- bottom

Ramps or jack and stands, gotta get it off the ground some how.

Oil drain pan and a rag, funnel

Before you change the oil, take it for a drive and warm it up.

1. Take off your oil cap, found on the valve cover.
2. Raise vehicle and secure with stands.
3. Put drain pan under oil pan.
4. Take your xMM socket and unscrew the plug from the oil pan, don't burn
yourself it's hot.
5. Allow the oil to drain into the drain pan until it stops. (usually 5
minutes)
6. Put the plug back in, do not overtighten.
7. Move oil drain pan underneath oil filter.
8. remove oil filter, break it loose with a filter wrench if needed.
9. Clean surface of the engine block where the oil filter meets with a rag ,
helps seal new filter and remove any dirt.
10. Open your new oil can and put some oil on your finger. Run your finger
along the seal of the new oil filter.
11. Screw oil filter onto engine block by hand, do not overtighten.
12. Fill oil to max level. Start the car and wait for the oil light to go
off.
13. Recheck oil level and fill as necessary.

Or don't bother and take it to the dealer and pay the $30 for an oil change.
