Problem with seller
I used my Visa to pay for an item via Paypal and the item was never
delivered to me. It was refused by the recipient and the seller said
the package was returned to him. I've been emailing him and the last I
heard was that he would check on it. Now, he is no longer answering my
emails. Is there an easy way to report this to Paypal so they know
what's going on. I did not bid on the item, but bought the item from
the sellers' online store. Paypal does not accept the item number he
gave me. It is invalid, so I can't go through the normal procedure.
I'm trying to do a credit card chargeback, but this may take time.
Does anyone have a better idea to get credit for merchandise not
received?
