Default Anaphylaxis -- any fellow victims?

I had a strange symptom during an anaphylactic reaction: white splashes of
light wherever the sunlight strick and reflected. Anybody else have this
symptom? It's not normally listed on websites as a symptom.

Also, anyone have a few weeks of recuperation required before feelingf 'back
to normal'? I am going on 2.5 weeks and only now regaining my full strength
-- mental and physical.

Thanks for the feedback.

Ricko

I noticed the same light phenomenon during an anaphalactic reaction to milk.
I don't think it was the anaphalaxia that was responsible, though. Rather,
it seems to be caused by the epinepherine used to treat it. Apparently,
epinepherine can cause dialation of the pupils, which causes a hightened
sensitivity to light.

I've not had recovery tims as long as you describe, though I have noticed
that it's taken about a week to fully recover from my most recent episode
(which was 2 weeks ago). Supposedly has to do with the steroids used to
prevent rebound attacks.

Hope this sheds some light on the topic for you.
Mike
