Could you wait on eating breakfast, perhaps until your stomach is more ready? Or do you already feel rip-roaring hungry when you eat the breakfast that will give you ill symptoms? Regarding foods I react to adversely, I vary according to time of day, but my worst time tends to be toward supper, or the last meal before bedtime. This is in my case especially true for fish, which is a dubious proposition any time of day but worst in the late afternoon and evening-night. But of the foods of plant origin that I eat (fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, beans, herbs and spices), I can eat most of those equally well at any meal, any time of day or night. Tom |
