Doctors say food allergies may be causing your asthma !!! (asthma allergies allergy psoriasis allergic)
It is a known fact that food allergies can trigger asthma attacks.
Carefirst (formerly Blue Cross/Blue Shield) even puts out pamphlets
that say this. I guarantee that if you ask several doctors about this
that they will agree with me on this. It is best to ask a few
allergist about this, since they know more about what food allergies
can do. Do the research. Food allergies can cause psoriasis, eczema,
sleep disorders, joint pain, and many other problems. A good book to
read is, "Food Allergies and Food Intolerance" by Dr. Jonathan
Brostoff. You may be able to find other good books at the library.
Talk to people who have really looked into it, and tried it. It
doesn't take long to see results.
Food Allergies can be mild or severe. They can also happen days after
you eat a food. Many of the additives in foods may be made from foods
that you are allergic to. MSG can be made from corn. If you have a
severe corn allergy, you should not have MSG. Ask several doctors
about this. Allergist are the best doctors to ask about this though.
