Default FAO: patsy - sausages

about your post a couple of weeks ago asking for preservative free sausages
in sydney.

i bought cleaver's organic beef sausages from coles (central coast). they
were $12.60/kg so an ordinary pack was about $5.50.

there doesn't seem to be any preservatives? ingredients are 80% organic
beef, water, potato starch, maize starch, salt, soy protein, dehydrated
vegetable protein, herbs & spices & spice extracts.

i bought them as they are quite low fat compared to other beef sausages
(must be the other stuff they put in other sausages that is fatty?). they
are quite tasty.
