Default newbie with palpitations (benign)

Have had palpitations, but my doc attributes them to my Mitral Valve
Prolapse. Either way, they're still benign.

When I can't get them to stop for a long stretch, my doc gives me a
short-term course of a beta blocker -- a month or two just to regulate
things again. It works for me, but, of course, your mileage may vary.

Hot flashes -- come and go. 1 1/2 years doesn't seem remarkable given
what I've read on this group.

Welcome to a.s.m.!!
