I've also noticed an increase with stomach or digestive distress. Any
clues as to why that is? Also they are very bad when I lie on my left
side to sleep at night. I wonder if for some reason pressure on the
heart due to digestive distress or position just make then worse. Even
though I've been told they are benign they are still scarey. They
asked me in the ER (where my doctor sent me) about alcohol and
caffiene. I don't use either. Thanks Marilee.
