"I realize we have other important issues on the board..........."

This is just as important as any other topic posted. Don't under-mine
this as a trivial issue.
In my opinion, there are 3 main concerns being in the "club" and for
me listed in priority are:
1) being cancer free
2) ED
3) incontinence

Others may swap 2 and 3 around, this is entirely psychological and
part of what makes each of us different. The impact scale may be
higher for some than others, but these are "real" issues. The main
thing is taking care of the number 1 item or the other 2 issues are
mute points.

I struggle with the problem with ED. I could accept being incontinent
for life if ED was not an issue. However, I am continent, which am
thankful for, but still ED. I am almost 11 months post-op robotic
RRP. Yea, cancer free! but still ED. Viagra, Cialis and Lavitra
don't do squat but give me headaches. Viagra makes my heart beat like
a race horse. Cialis I felt like I woke up the next morning with a
severe hang-over that lasted the whole day. I have tried 50mg 3 times
a week; 100mg 3 times a week; 50mg 7 times a week; 100mg as needed;
50mg as needed. I get absolutely no response.
My URO is watching this and basically has a time table that ED
diminishes and returning to normal from 8 months - 18 months. Since I
am just entering the early part of "his" window, I am remaining
optomistic.
