Bill is absolutely correct.

*Sometimes*, if I have a very obvious Sc/Rp case, I will wait to measure
*accurate* pocket depths (and chart same) during the scaling appt. The
majority of the time, we take a full set of radiographs and do a full
charting (including perio if indicated) on the new patient exam.

I think 2 quads is all I have done for one patient in one day.

Sounds like another red flag.
