You should make an appointment with your surgeon to examine
your implant sites. My implant got infected and there was no pain, pus, or bad breath. (check your spelling) WB -- Take out the G'RBAGE to reply wubbabubbazG@RBAGEyahoo.com |

Greetz Hal,
My case was a little involved. I had to have a graft and a goretex membrane was placed over the graft to hold it in place while healing. The surgeon suspected that the membrane was not completely sealed under the tissue and was acting as a wick to draw bacteria into the surgical site. He removed the membrane, no big deal, a little nitrous and a local. It took about 10 minutes. I don't know what your specific situation is but your surgeon will. Always best to get something checked just to be sure. Best wishes, WB -- Take out the G'RBAGE to reply wubbabubbazG@RBAGEyahoo.com |
