Default Micro perforation?

Hi all,

perforaatio" in it. I guess it must be "micro perforation" in
English. What might that mean?

Means you need Proroot (Dentsply Tulsa)
or mineral trioxide aggregate!

However I cannot say either in Finnish.

Now I am finished.

Could be a tiny pulpal (nerve) exposure or
a tiny perforation.

The pulpal exposure is when the nerve is exposed
usually requiring Root Canal Therapy (RCT),

A perforation is when the root or floor of the pulp chamber
is 'perforated' into the supporting bone.

These are two very different situations.
I cannot be sure what exactly happened during
your treatment.

First was the "microperforation" and then a "real" perforation
when a dentist tried to open(?) the root canal with a motorised
instrument.

Thank you for your reply!
