Need reference on interpreting Dentascans

Can anyone provide a reference (Journal, Book, Website) that
discusses in detail the interpretation of DentaScans or similiar
CT scans for implant pre-evaluation. I'm looking for something
of about 10-20 pages in length, but longer is fine.
