Default The ruination of SMD

Isn't this about the noisiest damn place?

I thought the pea-brained crusaders made SMD bad enough, but Joel and his
dumb-assed responding to cross-posters has about ruined it. I get on here
and try to find something even remotely pertinent to dentistry, but there's
almost nothing but these endless off topic threads. I'd have to write a
book of filters to keep it out -- wouldn't that be fun...

Joel, for the good of the group would you please pay attention when you're
getting ready to post to SMD. Make sure you're not cross-posting to five
other groups because what happens is that SMD starts getting about 50 off
topic posts to one on topic. I can't speak for everyone else, but that
irritates the shit out of me...makes me not want to take the time. And if
you can't help but engage these inconsiderate ****s, why not try posting it
only to the group where it's not considered noise. SMD will never be
perfect, but it could be a lot better if you would take a whole two seconds
to actually think.

Yes. Let's do whatever we can to get the group back on focus and reduce the
noise

Could someone actually post a question or two about dentistry instead
of everyone in the world waiting for someone else to do it?
