Default Getting dizzy spells..... (diet down)

In the past year or so, I've been getting dizzy spells on certain occasions.

A) When I'm in a crowded pub where its smokey
B) Team meetings at work - if stood up for more than a few minutes
C) Sometimes for no apparent reason.

Everytime it happens, I'm stood up, so I have to sit down and for the few
minutes it takes to feel normal again, I don't remember much or have a more
or less non existance attention span. I can't always find somewhere to sit
in a crowded pub so have to go outside for air or go home and call it a
night.

Could this be related to an eating problem?, as I don't eat very well and
when I do eat a decent amount of food, I don't eat what you'd call a
balanced diet, although I do take vitamin supplements.

Please can someone help, as this really is worrying me.

Default Getting dizzy spells..... (electrolytes)

We aren't drs. Go see one!! I know you can easily get dizzy spells from
having an eating disorder--poor electrolytes from a variety of
symptoms(purging, not eating much, using lax's).
Take care of yourself!!
