Hi all, tried to stay off ativan for two months and yesterday I finally
hit rock bottom and felt like I was having a heart attack.....seing that I
am obese and in 60; I really was worried, so I knew if I took an ativan and
all those tight feelings in my chest subsided, that it was anxiety and not a
heart attack.

Two months i have been off it and have been suffering so much mentally and
physically. I took one last night and feel fine today. Oh well, must stay
on ativan and stop doing experiments that make me so ill. Debbie
