Default London Times: ASPARTAME CONDEMNED BY SECRET REPORT (depression)

I always wondered why they changed the name. Somehow I think
manic-depression sounds better. Glad to see you're doing better!

I kinda disagree with Jack M. Balkin's quote, as I am afraid the
george the lesser is hopelessly dumb, and vacillating. Arrogant, yes.
Stupid and arrogant is a bad combination. ("Fat and drunk is no way to
go through life son"..Dean Wormer) I think he is being run by
Rumsfeld, and Cheney, and the boys in the Pentagon. They get good intel
from CIA, and they turn it into the debacle re: Uranium from Niger,
and then, proving they haven't learned the lessons of history, that
tricky ****, and Clinton learned, that the cover-up is often a greater
sin than the original mistake. He is stupid enough to be truly
dangerous.
I am familiar with the Goering quote, from the Nuremburg trials. Very
true. It is ****ogous to the Goebbels quote I used tonight. Must be
Third Reich Night, tonight!

I suppose that's true, but for some reason, when I hear "bipolar" I think of
electrical plugs or something. Doesn't sound like a term that should be
applied to a human.

Actually, that's where the name came from. Because it involves extreme
moods from both ends of the mood spectrum it is "bipolar" in nature. Doen't
matter what you call it. It's still a PITA. c

They used to go by the term "just having some ups and downs" However
with the disease, the ups were so much higher, and the downs, were so
much lower. I am glad my disease is not as severe as others I know who
suffer with it. It gives me enough problems as it is. It doesn't help
that I sometimes don't take my meds, and I haven't seen shrink or
counselor in a year and a half. Gotta do that........one of these
days. Colleen, I am sure you recognize what I am talking about.
