Hello Everyone .

I've just returned from a cool and quiet walk which was quite
wonderful and i have enjoyed it a great deal. I left my home at 11:56
and 58 seconds or to put it another way just before midnight. Mike was
here tonight and after a game crashed at 11:35 we had both had enough
by then so we said our goodbye's and as i followed him out from the
house to his car i started my stop watch. What i forgot to do which is
normally habit was to see the time i left so i worked that out on my
walk . I wandered up the road and past the shopping area which was
very quiet indeed. I passed the car park and as i was passing the bus
stop Mike passed me in his car and gave me a huge smile and a wave .
I waved back with a huge smile also and watched him vanish up the main
road . It was as i was walking quite fast up the main road that i
realized i had forgotten to look at the leaving time so i had a look
at the time that had passed and then the time it was then and tried to
work it out........I couldn't do it so i cheated and waited for the
timer to read 6 minutes and then looked at the time and saw it was
00:2 and 58 seconds . This was much easier to work out and then
spent a few minutes remembering it . I reached the traffic lights by
this time and didn't see a soul around. A few cars passed me and so
did a lot of taxi's again and i noticed some thing about one of the
taxi's that caught my attention. The number to call on the top of it
was 242424 and i thought to myself That's different from the ones i
normally see which are 222222 . I did wonder for a while if the
company changed its number but then saw the 222222 car pass me and
realized there are two companies with similar numbers .

( Insert a small pause here while i have a drink of my yummy mug of
tea and find out why i just typed such a silly reference in my
walk........Oh wait i know now.....Its traditional LOL ).

Ah that was a scrummy mug f tea even though i say so myself . Most
refreshing and......did i mention yummy . OK i said goodbye to Mike
and waved as he passed........oh yes i reached the traffic lights
didn't i....ah i remember now....I passed the pub and walked down the
hill and up the steps and remembered the two teenaged drunk chappie's
i passed on my last walk which gave me a giggle :-). I walked around
the first round about and over the car B thing where i looked around
to see if there was anything of interest. So far on the walk the only
thing of interest was Mike and i was thinking as i wandered around i
have to find some thing fun to type about. I passed the second round
about after giving up trying to find interesting things on a very
empty and quiet pair of round about's and walked up the hill before
crossing over the road to the gap. As i walked down the gaps small
road and over the foot B thing i did wonder if i would find anything i
could type about on this walk. I crossed over the road and passed the
cemetery where i dutifully saluted twice and send everyone Big Mellow
Squishes . I had time tonight to have a chat with the residence in
the cemetery and hoped they were ok but after thinking this i realized
what i had said and felt rather silly and explained i meant it as a
moment of concern about their well being and i'm sure they understood.
I walked back to the first round about and walked up the hill passing
the pub .

( Insert a small pause here while i have a quick cigarette ).

Ah that's better . OK this was an odd part of the walk and welcomed
as nothing much had happened so far. A police car with all the normal
fancy lights on it and lots of stripes passed me on the other side of
the road after i passed the pub and i watched it pass me by. I looked
around and thought it was coming back thinking they would stop and say
some thing to me for example Evening all ( Sorry for the stereo typed
joke but its the only one i could think of at short notice :-) ) and
what's a chappy like you doing out at this time of night ? but as i
heard a car pull up behind me and pass me by it was a black car and
not the police car. I walked towards the traffic lights and a
different police car passed me by and gave me a giggle wondering if it
was the same car. I do wonder where the police cars are going at such
a late hour but i carried on walking and crossed the road at the
traffic lights. After i walked around the corner and passed the little
old ladies house where i smiled and waved and on top of that said
hello even though the lights were out and no one could see me i walked
down the main road to the shopping area. I saw lights on in the upper
window of the D.I.Y shop and wondered if John was in there after a
long day at work watching something fun on the TV. I was passed by a
group of men in a large car and the driver was staring at me as they
passed and i did think to myself if they were the people who ran the
take away on the other side of the road in the shopping area. I didn't
find out as they were gone in a flash and i walked on .

( Insert small pause here while i have a think about the last part of
the walk ).

I continued my wandering and saw very little but the air was fresh and
the night was quiet so this was becoming a very relaxing walk indeed
. I reached the half way mark on this section of the road and passed
the small turn in road leading to the back road before walking at a
nice steady pace down the main road . I saw nothing of type worthy
interest at all for a long time so i just thought about the long sleep
i had last night of which may have been broken up but was so long i
had more than enough energy to do the walk twice if the need arouse (
Happily it didn't and if it had i would have caught the bus.....thats
a joke to add some thing to this night walk as nothing much has
happened ). I walked through the first gap and up the other side of
the road and saw the black Merc with the blacked out windows and which
always reminds me of a drug barons car or maybe a pimp mobile LOL. It
always gives me a giggle and even though i know the family who owns
the car ( I've passed them before ) is a nice family with a husband
and a wife not to mention a little girl about 4 years old it still
looks like a car better suited to the mean streets and not this back
street . I walked back to the second gap and noticed that the lights
were not on in Wayne's flat so i walked through the second gap and
started the short walk back home . It didn't take long and when i
was nearly back to the shopping area i was passed by yet another
police car but this time i knew it wasn't either of the ones i ad seen
earlier on the walk as it was a different model of car . When i
reached the shopping area i crossed over the road and walked down my
street and into my home where i made my yummy mug of tea and sat down
here......I then started to type about the walk....it started like
this.....Hello Everyone .

( I was for a joke going to cut and paste the whole walk again here
but that would just be silly :-) ).

I hope you enjoyed this simple and quiet walk and i look forward tot
he next one . Feel at peace in your minds and touch the heart o f
