I'm working on a chart from Israel, and I need to deliver the
translation pronto (like within a couple of hours at most).

The words I'm looking for specifically are /chirchurim/ as it relates
to lung sounds, and I also need to get the standard way to speak about
ST segments (raised/elevated/hightened?)...
