I am soon up to the highest dose on this AD,I have red that it targets
Dopamine
in higher doses but I don't know exactly in what dose it occurs,I have
tried max dose at 375 mg before and I have though about asking to get
higher ,maybe up to 500mg if I get allowed

I am also thinking about adding Wellbutrin and stay on 300mg on
effexor,
what im after is the Dopamine effect that both effexor and wellbutrin
has
wellbutrin a little more I think,it would be great if any have had
experience with this combo

I think you are somewhat misguided in what you are attempting to do
here. If you're after dopamine, it would be better to just go with
Wellbutrin or perhaps add it to a lower dosage of the Effexor. The
dosage of Effexor you're already on is extremely high and suggests you
might be better off going a different route.

The problem with trying to squeeze dopamine reuptake out of
Effexor--or Zoloft, which is also a weak dopamine reuptake
inhibitor--is that in order to do this, a very high dosage is
required, resulting in serotonin getting blocked so strongly that an
individual would tend to suffer severe adverse serotonin related
effects. This is also true to a lesser extent in trying to get
norepinephrine reuptake out of Effexor, but that is at least a
feasible course of action.

You should stay on one antidepressant only. I'm assuming that you're using
these for antidepressant activity. If it's dopamine you want, try
antipsychotic medications. Then again, it's highly doubtful that you've
made a genuine connection between whatever symptoms you have and a need for
dopaminergic medications.
