Please, I want to know what is the mode of action of Clexane.
I know that is composed by enoxaparin sodium and inhibits thrombin but
I don't know the precise action and why?

Well its a heparin compound, so as you say it inactivates thrombin, which
prevents the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin, which stops the
formation of clots...

....As for why, the reasons could be one of many things:

Clexane has become trendy to give to people who are prone to DVT before
flights

Its commonly used after leg surgery, to stop clots forming in important
places while the patient can't walk.
