Hi Linda, a few other questions.
As Alex mentioned, does he sweat a lot?
Does he have any heart or lung problems?
Just so Mike knows before he mentions what he would do in a similar patient.

Is he using the hot water to help with the pain?
If not, is it possible to try warm and see if the patch lasts longer?
