Versed is several times more powerful than diazepam, but it's not
directly comparable because its native characteristics make it usable
mainly for presurgical sedation.

Last time I had a spinal steroid injection, Versed was part of the
pre-procedure sedation....WOW! It felt great IV'd, I felt like I was
sinking into my bed, while my head was too light, like it was going to
detach from my body and just fly off. The nurse was awesome too. Right
off she told me she's "there to make me feel good" She said, let me
know if you need more...so I did...and she gave me more. At the end,
they where laughing that I didn't fall asleep at the "high dose we
gave you"...LOL....of course, they didn't know of my "habits". Sorry
this doesn't really answer your diazepam equivalent question, but
it's my one and only Versed experience, and wanted to share....It's
definitelly good shit.
