Default alternative to mayo to eat with my tuna (stomach diarrhea)

I like to have a tin of tuna and mayo. But I think the large amount of
mayo I have give me bad diarrhea. I find I have to put loads of mayo
in my tuna else it tastes too dry and horrible.
Maybe I need a different source of protein than tuna. I don't wnat to
eat fish or meat every day though, it can't be healthy. And it's
expensive. I've got cottage cheese, that's an ok alternative, not bad
for my bowels(I think) but i'd like to eat my tuna.
Maybe there's something in hellmans mayo that's screwing me over that
isn't in other mayos.
I'm in my 20s, I've heard that at my age, I may not get stomach
cramps. But when I get into my 30s, the stomach cramps will come. That
true?

I read a great post

Default alternative to mayo to eat with my tuna (fat)

A few other things you can try are either other brands - try the small jars in
case they don't agree with you. Or you could try mixing the mayo with yogurt
(plain) as I've had it that way and it tastes good too. Do you use water pack
tuna or oil pack tuna?
You may not need as much mayo if you use the oil pack and just rinse it or
drain it well...good fat is good for you. Linda

Default alternative to mayo to eat with my tuna (diet fat)

in a previous post, somebody asked if i'm alleric to the fat or the
milk. So if it's one or the other, i'd say it's all the 'good'
monounsaturated fat.
My bowels don't react badly to a tub of cottage cheese. Oh, just
remembered, Hellman's mayonnaise (non-diet) doesn't contain any milk.
