Hi guys:

A couple weeks ago I finally got a brand new Microsoft Windows XP
computer. Today I was able to get back on the newsgroups such as this one. I
have been reading the various threads on the subject of athletic cups. The
ones entitled "Cup Crazy", "Roomiest Cup", "Randy Johnson's Cup", and "XO
ProCup" caught my eye.

(1) I think baseball players are a real sexy lot. Most are well built
hunks. What gets me about baseball players is that many of them do wear
athletic cups. You can tell by the cup bulges which show in the baseball
pants. Many of them wear a contour cup, like the BIKE CUP. BTW, there used
to be a guy who used to post on this newsgroup with a website devoted to
pics of baseball players and their cup bulges. He got many of his pics from
games on TV. Do you know what happened to him?

(2) Randy's Johnson's Cup. One of my fondest memories as a teenager
occured one spring day early in May in Connecticut. It was one of the first
gloriously warm spring days when our high school PE class played a short
game outdoors. Two of my classmates, Cary and Chuck were star athletes who
played intervarsity baseball for our high school. During our class game,
they chased off to the bleachers way out in left field. It so happened that
Chuck had left something on the bleachers. Chuck had left his athletic cup
from the game the day before on the bleachers, retrieved it, and slipped it
into his supporter. Cary helped him adjust it. They seemed to enjoy what
they were doing. Our coach told them to knock it off and come back to the
game. In those early years of just discovered sex and jocks and cups, I
thought I was going to cream my own jock I was so turned on!!!

(3) Sleeping in a cup. Like most guys of the baby boomer generation, I had
come of age wearing traditional flat cups. They were ok if they were large
enough to contain your gonads. But getting my first BIKE no. 85 contoured
cup in April 1986 was a revelation. Not only was it roomy and comfortable,
but it actually felt real good to wear. For me it had a definite erotic
feel. I discovered that I could wear it to bed without trouble. Not only did
it have an erotic feel in bed but its feel between your legs was so
reassuring in the still of the night. A question to Jockwoof and other
likeminded guys: Do you like to wear a BIKE CUP or an Original Banana Cup to
bed?

(4) XO ProCup. I thank Jockwoof for posting the link on his website to
http://www.xoathletic.com It is very informative. The cup looks very much like the
BIKE CUP no. 85 when it came out in 1985/86. Have any guys here tried it
yet? I would love to hear their impressions. You are welcome to e-mail me.

I can't remember ever sleeping in a cup until last night after reading
this and liked it and will do it a lot more because I liked the feeling
of confinement I couldn't readily do anything about and because
I don't have to wake up enough to figure out where my balls are when I
turn over. A jock would keep my balls organized, but it's too easy to
slip aside.


Last night I wore an OBC in a jock made for it by Pro-tec. Has anybody
tried sleeping in a Macho cup?

It is frustrating on the baseball field to have to scratch your itchy
sweaty balls and only have the cup to grab. About all you can do
during a game is wiggle it around and try to use the cup as a ball
scratcher. During practice, you can just pop open the top of your
baseball pants and reach down in and scratch away. I don't put my Bike
cup on until after warmups and take it off right after the game.

I've been wondering - wearing a cup keeps the balls very warm. Could
this reduce testosterone production? The searches I've done are only
concerned with sperm production. The only opinion I've seen says that
since balls are optimized to operate best below body temperature, all
their functions would be reduced by high temperature.

Also I've seen something by a master who treats his boys' balls with
heat to make them docile.

Since testosterone governs the secondary sexual characteristics and
sexual desires, an easy test would be to wear one and see if your beard
grows less or if you get less horny. (Your voice would not revert to its
higher register, though. Castrating a grown man does not turn him into a soprano.)

He says he treats the boys with alcoholic drinks and soft music to make
them hold still while he treats their balls with heat packs, starting
warm and increasing to eeeyaaah!

Have you ever tried a little lube like petroleum jelly? It keeps
everything so it slides around inside the cup area but not so much that
a nut or your dick can slip out. Feels good and doesn't itch. I use the
Vaseline trick when I freeball in the winter to avoid chapped nuts. It
doesn't take much to do the trick.
