bile reflux vs. acid reflux? How to tell?

How does one tell if one has bile reflux as opposed to acid reflux?

I have tried antacids(pepcid and zantac) as well as PPIs (prilosec and
nexium) to no avail.
If anything I feel worse when I am on them.

If anyone could tell me how the symptoms differ I would appreciate it
