I do better the more time I spend outside, period. I think the beach feels
so good, for me, because it's so cool and pleasant and usually doesn't get as hot as inland areas. -----Original Message----- From: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome discussion CFIDS/ME [mailto:CFS-L@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU] On Behalf Of Anna Grear Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 2:13 PM To: CFS-L@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU Subject: Re: CFS/NMH and the Beach Dear Robert, I also feel this. In fact, so convinced am I of the beneficial effects of sea air that I am moving to live on the coast! Any idea if they work? They are kind of interesting looking. Cathy |
