chat room #social-phobia on Efnet (anxiety)

Hi all,
Are there any chat rooms for people with social anxiety disorder? If
not, I'm on Efnet in #socialphobia. I'm currently using Mirc but I'd
like to try a freeware irc client if you know of any.
