I am inquiring the room about chest sensations. Please list all the
sensations you get with your chest regarding anxiety?

Specifically does anyone ever recieved a hollow feeling? Like you use to
feel something there and now you cant feel it anymore. Does the touch of
your shirt to your midchest make it feel sensitive? Do you feel as if you
have to move your shirt constantly? Any cold feelings? etc...

From what counselors have told me anxiety manifests in our body in many
different ways. For some it's the sweaty palms for others it's
different. For me it's adrealine being built up in my body with nowhere
to go. When i get my anxiety attacks the sensations i feel are a burning
in my arm and the left side of my chest. I also feel that in my left
temple and the rest of my head as well.
