Crying and Headaches (migraine)
Karen, you did not reply my email to reject or accept my diagnosis;
instead, you declared that you wished to gag me. This shows that my
email exposed your problem that you have been trying to ignore, for
which your unconscious has been punishing you. Also, you did not
question yourself, when you got in bed to sleep, about the
self-harming mistake that you have been making. If you do that, you
will have dreams that explain your problem and how you can resolve
them. You know from your snake dream that dreams serve that purpose.
You will believe what your dreams say although you prefer not to
believe me. Below are my the****utic recommendations without waiting
for your induced dreams which you will most probably not report to me.
I recommend you to do the following for at least one week and see what
happens to your tension and migraine headaches.
1. Try harder to resolve all your problems patiently, and especially
try not to ignore them even if you cannot resolve them at this time.
2. Work harder in a general way. For example you can do more house
work. You can rearrange the furniture in some rooms, and if you do not
like the result, you can put them back where they were before. You can
rearrange the pictures on the walls. You can get a few more pictures,
choosing them carefully to please yourself and others.
3. Try hard to make YOURSELF AND OTHERS AROUND YOU happy. You can eat
chocolate, but without counting exclusively on it for happiness and
without being lazy.
4. Help those around you in any way you can. Give one a drink; help
another to put on his or her overcoat. Give them little presents,
choosing them carefully to please them.
5. Do all these things lovingly, without any trace of complaint.
6. Observe the changes that may occur in your symptoms as consequences
of such activity.
7. You can of course choose not to report the result to me, but I can
further help you if you do, especially if you report also your dreams
induced by questioning yourself close to falling asleep.
Good luck!
Altan
PS. I recommend the above the****utic regime to anyone who suffers
from tension headaches, especially if neck pain is involved.
